The aim of this assignment is to enable students to research and critically review the importance of how business systems support the achievement of organisational objectives leading to achievement of high performance within and across the organisation, leading to sustainable competitive advantage.
With McDonald’s restaurants now operating in Doha for nearly 25 years, you have been hired as a Business Analyst from KPMG to produce a report that investigates the organisation’s overall operational business system. By utilising appropriate analytical tools and techniques evaluate the business environment within which McDonalds restaurants has to operate in, with special emphasis on the customer service process and suggest ways in which McDonalds restaurants could improve this particular area only.
Your report should cover the following sections:
