One of the many joys of working with others is that we can learn from one another and take advantage (in a good way) of the strengths and talents others bring. We will ‘flip the coin,’ as it were, and discuss the benefits different leadership styles bring to a team, work-group, and/or organization as opposed to prompt-4 where you discussed the problems.
For this prompt, you will again consider three individuals with three different leadership styles, working together in a collaborative manner and creating a synergistic effect that enables the team, work-group, and/or organization to produce more than if only one leadership style was exhibited. It may be beneficial for you to review this article about synergies.
Ask yourself the following questions:
How can these individuals, with different styles of leadership, working together enhance the productivity of the team?
How can these individuals, working together, make the team, work-group and/or organization more effective?
What does each bring to the process that is unique to him/her that the others do not bring?
How can relying on these unique individual attributes and strengths bring exponential benefit?
