You will develop and submit an audit report reviewing the basic Strategic steps the company has followed from inception to present: The original idea, the Mission, Vision and Values of the company, the specific Market segments it is targeting, the Business opportunity for growth, the competitor’s, environmental and SWOT analysis, its main competitive advantages and the company 5 year Strategic Objectives.
